The ISOLATORS-AL Series switch disconnector is built for general-purpose industrial use, with a die-cast aluminium enclosure designed to handle demanding environments. The grey/black handle gives it a clean, professional finish suited to commercial and industrial switchboards.
Rated at 32A and configured as 4-pole (4P) with a Y1 switch size, it operates at up to 690V and carries a high IP66 protection rating together with IK10 impact resistance — making it well suited to exposed or harsh-duty installations across the Australian market.
The unit features a lockable door interlock and a handle that can be padlocked in both the OFF position (up to three padlocks) and the ON position (one padlock), giving installers flexible lockout/tagout options. Cable entry is via an open threaded entry with cap and cable sleeve for a clean, sealed termination.

Die-cast aluminium switch-disconnectors with a protective finish for demanding industrial environments.
A recessed handle and solid metallic collar help protect against lateral impacts, while the extra-large grip supports operation with work gloves. Choose general-use or emergency-use versions to suit the installation.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
Recessed handle shielded within a solid metallic collar against accidental lateral impacts.
High-visibility, extra-large handle for a secure grip, even with heavy work gloves.
General-use handles padlock OFF with up to three padlocks or ON with one. Emergency handles padlock OFF only.
Door locking with the switch in the ON position.
Die-cast aluminium with a thermosetting polyester powder finish for resistance to UV rays and atmospheric agents.
AC23 switching duty, with provision for up to two auxiliary contacts.
Switched-neutral 2P, 4P and 8P versions use an early-make / late-break neutral pole. Earth connection uses a terminal or threaded bar.
Threaded cable entries with caps on the illustrated enclosure. Larger enclosure configurations may have blank sides.
Characteristics shown apply to the illustrated aluminium version. .SN and .WSN codes use an unswitched solid neutral. Check the selected model's datasheet for its exact ratings and cable entries.
SELECT THE RIGHT VERSION
A compact aluminium enclosure sized for the switch. Standard 20–40A 1–4-pole versions use the 106 × 171 × 92mm body; 63–100A versions use the 160 × 220 × 115mm body.
A larger enclosure provides more room for cable terminations. 20–40A versions move to 160 × 220 × 115mm, and 63–100A versions to 240 × 340 × 150mm. The .WSN suffix combines this extra room with a solid neutral.
125A and 160A high-wiring versions use K1 and K2 switches in a 315 × 410 × 150mm enclosure. Confirm dimensions and ratings for the exact part number.
